William Glenn “Shorty” Piper, 62, of Paoli, Indiana, passed away on Monday July 27, 2020 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana.  He was born March 16, 1958 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Stewart and Anita Hamilton Piper.

He was preceded in death by his father and 2-brothers, Randall & Kerry Piper

Shorty was a self-employed painter. He enjoyed camping and spending time with family and friends.

William was a 1976 Paoli High School graduate.

Funeral service will be Saturday August 1, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home located at 226 W Campbell St, Paoli, Indiana 47454. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM Until time of service Saturday. Interment will follow in the Paoli Community Cemetery.

Pastor Harold Bayer will officiate.
