William Babcock, 86, of Paoli, Indiana, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021 at Springs Valley Meadows.  He was born on February 17, 1934 in Salem, Indiana to George and Lillian Goodman Babcock. He Married Doris Marshall on January 5, 1952 to April 3, 2019.

William was preceded in death by his wife, Doris, sisters, Mary Flannery, Betty Riley, son-in-law, David Marshall, granddaughter, Stephanie Babcock, and great-granddaughter, Bailey Carty.

He was a member of Pilgrim Holiness Church in Marengo, Indiana. William worked for Travelers in Orleans, Cornwell Company in Paoli, and Wood Design in West Baden.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM Tuesday, February 2, 2021 with a funeral service to follow at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home located at 226 W. Campbell St. Paoli, IN 47454. Interment will follow in the Stampers Creek Cemetery in Paoli. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, guests are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, such as fevers or chills, cough, shortness of breath, muscle, or body aches, etc., we ask that you do not attend. Thank you for your cooperation.
