Robert E Babcock

Robert E Babcock, 79, of Paoli, IN, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 in Paoli.

He was born in Salem, IN April 22, 1944 to George A and Lillian Fern Goodman Babcock.

He married Rosa Moore on June 3, 1966 and she survives.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, brother William Babcock, sisters Mary Flannery, Betty Riley, and Linda Thacker.

He attended Millersburg Baptist Church.

He was a talented woodworker and loved everything outdoors-hunting and fishing.

Robert was a retired, working at Cornwell Company, Paoli, IN and Schmidt Cabinet, New Salisbury, IN.

Also surviving Robert are granddaughters Jackie Riley, Jessie Babcock, Carrie Calloway and grandson Robbie Babcock, and six great grandchildren.

A memorial will be held at Dillman Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, IN on November 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM with visitation from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 2:00 PM.
