Richard Lee Stout Jr., 87, of Mitchell, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Paoli, Indiana on February 4, 1934, to Richard Stout Sr. and Ruth Qualkenbush Stout.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Gary Stout, and son, Jerry Stout.

He was a former employee of Calcar Quarry and Hancock Construction.

Richard was an US Army Veteran.

George was an Army Veteran.
