James Lyle Dunn

James (Jim) Lyle Dunn, 99 of Paoli, Indiana, passed away Tuesday June 28, 2022, peacefully at Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick, Indiana. He was born on May 5, 1923, in Paoli, Indiana to John William Dunn and Mary Eva Dunn.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Barbara Jones Dunn, daughter Linda Lane, Siblings, Charles, Luther, Bill, Mary, Earl, and Tommy.

Jim married Barbara, November 20, 1946. He was a member of the Livonia Presbyterian church where he served on the governing body. A US Army Veteran of World War II serving in the Pacific. Jim also was a sales associate for E.A. Kinsley in Indianapolis, Indiana and a sales associate for Valley Industrial supply Co. in Madison, Indiana.  He loved woodworking, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Stampers Creek Cemetery in Paoli, Indiana, Friday July 1, 2022, at 1PM.
