David Wayne Longest

David Wayne Longest, 58, of Salem, Indiana, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023 in Salem, IN.  He was born on September 29, 1964 in Paoli, Indiana to Gilbert Iden and Carol Sue Green Longest.

David was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Iden Longest and sister, Yvonne Michelle “Nana” Longest.

He married Angela C Sneed on May 7, 2008 and she survives.

David was a member of Marshall Avenue Church in Salem, IN. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. David was formerly employed at Indiana Handle Company and Lowe’s Sawmill.

Two granddaughters also survive David Wayne Longest.               

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, March 10, 2023 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home located at 226 W. Campbell St, Paoli, IN 47454. Visitation will be from 3:00-7:00 PM, Thursday, March 9, 2023, and from 9:00 AM until time of service on Friday. Interment will be in the Paoli Town Cemetery.
