Connie Asbery Obituary
Connie Faye Asbery, 66, Paoli, IN went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 18, 2023 in Bedford, IN. Connie was born in Louisville, KY on May 26, 1956 to Doyle E and Gloria S Meyer Wells. She married John E (Eddie) Asbery on April 27, 1973, he preceded her in death in 1994.
Also preceding her in death were her parents, a brother, Bradley Wells and a great grandson, Deklyn Lea Asbery.
She graduated with the class of 1974 from Paoli High School and was a member of Orleans Wesleyan Church. She worked as a waitress and retired from Tecumseh Engines in Salem, IN. Connie loved going to church, going to yard sales, cooking, singing, fishing, camping, and going shopping with her sister. She also loved spending time with family and friends.

Connie is also survived by ten grandchildren: Candace (Brandon) Hollon, Austin Holland, Morgan, Blayne and Whitley Asbery, Curtis and Lucas Buechler, Quentin Apple, and Emmie and Audrie Hardin, fifteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 20, 2023 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM until the time of service at Dillman Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, IN 47454. Funeral will also be at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at the Mt Gilead Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at Dillman-ScottFuneralHome.com.
