Christine May Applegate, 55, of Paoli Indiana, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at IU Hospice House, Bloomington Hospital. She was born on November 22, 1965, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Rainey and Gladys Kingery hughes.

Christine was preceded in death by her parents and brother Tony Hughes.

She was a District Manager at White Castle in Indianapolis. Christine enjoyed spending time with family.
