Willis Lee Vernon Jr

Willis Vernon JR, 76 of West Baden Springs, Indiana, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019, at his    home. he was born August 30, 1942 in Happy, Kentucky to Willis Lee and Ethel Combs Vernon. He married Glenda K McCracken on December 3, 1966.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson Brandon Goodpaster a granddaughter Avery Vernon, Brothers James, Rudolph and Dick Vernon and a sister Shirley Vest.

He retired from Jasper Engines & Transmissions.

Willis was a United States Army Airborne Ranger Vietnam Veteran.

Funeral Services will be 6:00 P.M.  Thursday June 27, 2019 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home with cremation to follow.

Visitation to be held Thursday June 27, 2019 from 4:00P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, Indiana 47454
