William Leroy Wininger

Dillman-Scott Funeral Home William Leroy Wininger, 75 of French Lick, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018 at IU Health Paoli Hospital, Paoli, IN.  He was born on January 25, 1943 in Shoals, IN to Homer and Mary Stanfield Wininger. He was preceded by his parents, two sons James "Jimmy" Douglas and David Lee Wininger, three brothers, David, Kenny and Robert Wininger ,  five sisters Mary Wininger. Delores Wininger, June Webb, Barbara Green and Alice Sorrels. He was a carpenter and  a carnival worker.  He did various jobs throughout his life. Survivors include: Caregiver: Missy Compton, Paoli, Indiana 1-Daughter: Beth Ann Wininger, Florida 1-Brother: Terry Wininger, Paoli, Indiana 1-Sister: Doris Emmons, French Lick, Indiana Also surviving William Leroy Wininger are several Nieces and Nephews. Memorial  Services will be 4:00 PM, Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home 226 West Campbell  Street,  Paoli, Indiana  with John Moffatt officiating.    Visitation to be held from 1:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home.    Cremation was chosen by the family.
