William Russell “Billy” Vice 68 years of age of Paoli, passed away Monday at 11:30 AM March 18, 2013 at his residence.  He was born January 20,1945 in Orange County, IN to  William C and Lena Belle Richardson Vice Strother.

Preceded in Death by his parents , a son Billie Joe and Step-Father Charles Strother.

Married Jody Slayton on December 18,1987  and she survives.

Member of Mitchell Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness

He was a heavy equipment operator Hinkle & McCoy and Electricom. Played  music with Bill Vice and the Vice Squad at Various events in Orange County.

Memorial Services will be held at 4:00 PM, Friday,  March 22, 2013 at the Mitchell Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses 295 Moffatt Rd Mitchell, In.  Visitation will be from 3:00pm till time of service Friday. Brother Steve Steuer will be officating .

Interment will be at the Paoli Old Town Cemetery  at a later date.

The family wishes donations be made to the Mitchell Kingdom Hall. The Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 W Campbell St, Paoli, IN is in  charge of arrangements
