Wendell Earl Riley

Dillman-Scott Funeral Home Wendell Earl Riley, 74 of Hardinsburg, IN, passed away Monday October 26, 2015, at his residence.  He was born December 15, 1940, in Muncie, IN to George and Mazel Irene Lesley Riley.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother John Russell Riley and also several step-brothers and step-sisters.  He married Sharron Ann Morris and they later divorced. He was a machinist and maintenance worker at Electra Motors in Anaheim, CA. and later retired from AO Smith, UPCO in Paoli, IN. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran on the USS Robinson Guided Missile Destroyer. Survivors include: 1-Son: Jeremy Riley and wife Amanda, Hardinsburg, IN 2-Brothers: Charles H. Riley , New Albany, IN James Rosco Riley, Jeffersonville, IN Also surviving Wendell Earl Riley, are one grandson J.C. Riley and one granddaughter Scarlett Riley. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM, Friday October 30, 2015 at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Mikulsky officiating.  Interment will follow at the Stampers Creek Cemetery, Paoli, IN.  Visitation to be held Thursday October 29, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and from 9 AM until the time of service on Friday at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home 226 West Campbell Street Paoli, IN.
