Wanda J Ferrell

Dillman-Scott Funeral Home Wanda J. Ferrell, 94 of Ft. Wayne, IN formerly of Paoli, IN. passed away Monday December 18, 2017 at her home.   She was born July 3, 1923 in Mitchell, IN to John Gooding and Lena Wolf Gooding.  She married Glenn “Sandy” Ferrell on January 1, 1942. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Glenn, July 29, 2000 and one sister Kathryn Beals. She was a retired school Secretary and Librarian for Throop Elementary. She was a member of the Paoli Presbyterian Church and attended Blackhawk Christian Ministries in Ft. Wayne, IN. Survivors include: 1-Daughter: Glenda Hughes and Bill, Ft. Wayne, IN. 1-Brother: John Michael Gooding, Huntington, IN 2-Sisters: Dorothy Sanders, Boulder, CO Charlotte Lane, Paoli, IN Also surviving Wanda J. Ferrell are her grandchildren Susan Sholl, Brian Hughes, and two great grandchildren Luke Bone, wife Leha and  Daniel Bone. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM, Friday December 29, 2017 at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home.      Interment will follow at the Orleans Fairview Cemetery, Orleans, IN.  Visitation to be held Friday December 29, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, IN.
