Victoria Lynn Moon Weddle

Victoria Lynn Weddle Moon, 75, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, as she awaited the day she would be reunited with her father, mother, and beloved late husband, Ronald Moon.

Victoria was born on November 25, 1950, in Kansas City, Kansas, to Albert “Pinky” and Dolores Weddle. She was the oldest of seven children and was a caring sister who treasured her family throughout her life.

She is survived by her siblings: Steve Weddle of Kansas City, Kansas; Jeff Weddle of Kansas City, Kansas; Lissa Freeman of Rangely, Colorado; Vince Weddle of Bloomington, Indiana; and Mark Weddle of Bloomington, Indiana.

Victoria was the proud and devoted mother of two children, Nicholas Moon of Evansville, Indiana, and Elizabeth Moon of Paoli, Indiana. She also leaves behind four cherished grandchildren: Adalynn and Elia Moon of Evansville, Indiana, and Ava and Newt Green of Paoli, Indiana, who brought her endless joy and pride.

Victoria dedicated more than 40 years to serving her community through her work. She spent many years as a waitress at French Lick Resort, where her warm smile and friendly personality made lasting impressions on countless guests. She also served as Group Coordinator at Ski Paoli Peaks Resort and later worked as a Department Manager at the Paoli Walmart. No matter where she worked, Victoria had a remarkable gift for connecting with people. She loved socializing, making others feel welcome, and brightening the lives of those around her with her kindness, laughter, and genuine compassion.

Victoria will be remembered for her generous heart, unwavering love for her family, strong work ethic, and the friendships she built throughout her life. Her warmth and joyful spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is at peace and reunited with those who went before her, especially her parents and her beloved husband, Ronald Moon.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and the many friends whose lives she enriched

Private internment to be held for family at a later date.
