Shelby Joann (Elliott) Lockhart

Shelby “Joann” Lockhart, 71 of Paoli, Indiana, passed away Tuesday April 7, 2020 at Baptist Floyd Hospital. She was born July 23, 1948 in Paoli, Indiana as an only child of Maxine Emogene Busick and Charles Austin Elliott.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Shelby was a retired cosmetologist of 36 years; she spent 7 years at Haircrafters, and in 1989, she became the co-owner of Hair Affair where she finished her hair dressing years.

Joann was a member of the VFW Post 8302 Auxiliary.

Shelby is also survived by 1 Great-Granddaughter that is due in July 2020.

Cremation was chosen.

Due to the CDC guideline we must follow regarding the COVID-19, the Celebration of Life will be set at a later date.
