Sheila L. Pearson, 72 of Paoli, passed away Saturday April 16, 2016, at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, IN.  She was born September 20, 1943, in Paoli, IN. to Jesse Slaten and Wanda Radcliffe Slaten.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William Pearson and one daughter Cynthia Pearson and one Step son Danny Pearson.

She married William Pearson.

She was formerly employed with Orange County Recorder’s Office and the VFW and she volunteered at

the Paoli Moose Lodge.

She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary UFW.

Also surviving Sheila L Pearson, are four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday April 21, 2016 at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home. Cremation to follow. Graveside Services will be Sunday May 1, 2016 at 2:00 PM At the Paoli Community cemetery.   Visitation to be held Wednesday April 20, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Thursday at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, IN.
