Sandra "Sandy" (White) Coble

Sandra “Sandy” Coble, 78, of Paoli, passed on July 25 at U of L Hospital in Louisville, KY.  She was born April 23, 1946, in Mitchell, Indiana, to Edward White and Edith Painter White, both of whom preceded her.  She was also preceded by her daughter: Whitney Vanhoy, 2 infant brothers, sisters: Jenny White, Betty Kelley, Shirley Radcliffe, and Brenda Chapman. She married Randy Coble on February 27, 1981, and he survives.

Sandy was a member of the Mitchell First Church of God, the VFW Women’s Auxiliary at Post 8302 in Paoli, and former member of Paoli Moose Lodge.

Sandy was retired but had previously been an LPN and worked for Dr. JoAnne Smart in Bedford, Indiana.

She loved golf, knitting, and spending time with her family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 5:00 PM on Monday, July 29, 2024 at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 W. Campbell St. Paoli, Indiana.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM on Monday, July 29, 2024 at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 W. Campbell St. Paoli, Indiana.

Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Orange County Humane Society.
