Ruth Geneveive (Horner) Stout

Ruth Genevieve Stout, 88 years of age of Paoli, passed away Monday at 6:07 AM, January 14, 2013 at Paoli Health & Living.  She was born July 14, 1924 in Paoli, IN to Claude Ernest and Geneva Green Horner. She married Harold Stout July 9, 1944 and He Survives.

She was a member of the Paoli Friends Meeting and their organist for over 30years. Tri Kappa Associates Past President & sang with the Sweet Adalines in Bloomington.  Owned and operated along with Harold, Stouts Print Shop. Worked for Lucas and Herald Corporation during WWII.

Preceded in death by 1 son Chuck, 2 Brothers Lovell and Vance Horner

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 17, 2013 at the Paoli Friends Meeting with Pastor Dan Smetzer and Pastor James Walters  officiating.

Interment to follow at the Paoli Community Cemetery.   Friends may call 4 PM -8 PM Wednesday , January 16 ,2013 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 W Campbell St, Paoli, IN.

And 9 AM until time of service at the church on Thursday.
