Rita Becht

Dillman-Scott Rita Becht 66, Paoli IN, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at her home. She was raised in Bradford, IN Born on July 23, 1947 to F.X. and Eleanora Donahue Newton. She was preceded in death by her Parents, and Brothers Tony, Wayne, and Larry Newton and sister Mary Francis Koetter. She married Charles Becht on October 2, 1965 and he survives. She was retired from the Orange County Health Department as Sanitarian. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Paoli, IN. Survivors include: Husband:             Charles Becht            Paoli, IN 2 sons:                   Aloysius and wife Leigha Becht          Paoli, IN Charles and wife Karie Becht           Paoli, IN 2 daughters:         Charlene and husband Steve Blankenbaker   Paoli, IN Jane and husband Brad Dillard                 Paoli, IN 1 brother               Mike Newton                                     Indianapolis, IN 5 sisters                 Helene Hart                                      Louisville, KY Kate Lasley                                      Bradford, IN Jane Wiseman                                 New Albany, IN Carol Smith                                        Ramsey, IN Joann Dohoney                               Greenville, IN Seven grandchildren also survive. A funeral mass will be held Saturday 11:00 am, February 8, 2014 at Christ the King Catholic Church Paoli, IN with  Father Peter Marshall officiating. Cremation to follow.  Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 pm Friday , February 7, 2014 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, IN 47454.
