Dillman-Scott Funeral Home Paul "Bud" Shelton  89, of Paoli, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015, at his residence.  He was born September 23, 1925 in Paoli, IN  to Sam Shelton and Minnie Love Shelton.  He married Marie Lynch on June 7, 1947.   He was preceded in death by his parents, and 1 half brother Harley Love, 6 sisters Hazel Springer, Shirley Nicholson, Myrtle Ann Shirley, Pauline Gasaway, Betsy Fern Shelton, Jean Magner and a infant sister. He owned and operated Buds Floor Service, Paoli  and he was a US Navy WW II Veteran. He was a member of the Paoli Christian Church and a member of the French Lick American Legion. Survivors include: His wife:  Marie Shelton Paoli, IN 1 Daughter: Sherry Shelton  and Roger Tolbert Paoli, IN 1-Son: Gary Shelton and wife Linda Shelton Campbellsburg, IN 1 Sister: Patty Garland Bloomington, IN 1 Grandchild: Lori Shelton Cox and husband Mike Cox Campbellsburg, IN 2 Great-Grandchildren: Kalynn  Cox Michaela Cox Also surviving Paul "Bud" Shelton are several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM, Tuesday June 16, 2015 at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home with James Walters officiating.  Interment will follow at the Paoli Community Cemetery, Paoli, IN with Military Graveside rites.  Visitation to be held Monday June15, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and from 9 AM until the time of service on Tuesday at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home 226 West Campbell Street Paoli, IN.
