Noble Dale Minton 72 years of age of Paoli passed away Monday, December 26, 2011 at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford. He was born June 22, 1939 in Paoli, Indiana to Noble and Roxie Minton. He worked for Smith’s Child craft in Salem for 30 years then later retired from Paoli Chair. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Billy and Johnny Paul Minton and a sister, Nina Tootsie Strother.
Survivors include his wife: Patty Minton
Son: Todd Minton of Paoli
Daughters: Shawn Block of Paoli and Tiffany Connett of French Lick.
Brothers: Phillip Minton, Kenny Minton both of Paoli and Connie Minton of Orleans.
Sisters: Helen Charles of Paoli, Nancy Tillett of Orleans, Marsha Meehan of Paoli, Donna Atchley of Paoli, Karen Alvey of Paoli and Brenda Nicholson of Paoli.
9 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren
Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Friday, December 30, 2011 at the Wellman Funeral Home, 226 W. Campbell St. in Paoli with burial to follow in Highfill Chapel Cemetery. Pastor Morris Larimore and Pastor Lee Collins will officiate.
Visitation will be held from 5- 8PM Thursday and after 10 AM on Friday at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made at wellmanfh.com
