Nicky Dale Fields

Nicky Dale Fields, 56 passed away 2:08 PM, June 23, 2014 at IU Health Paoli Hospital.  He was born in Salem, IN on May 14, 1958 to Vernon Fields and Annabelle Strother Fields.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents Farrell and Marie Strother and Odie and Nellie Fields. He was a truck driver for Paoli Incorporated, Perkins and Hall Brothers and an independent log hauler.  He was also a US Army Veteran. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, June 29, 2014 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 W Campbell St, Paoli, IN with  burial to follow at Mt. Gilead Cemetery.
