Michael “Mike” Minton, 69, of Paoli Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at University of Louisville Hospital. He was born on August 31, 1952, in Paoli, Indiana to John Paul and Katherine Wellman Minton. Mike married Rachel Anderson on March 19, 1983, and she survives.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents.

Mike was a 1970 Paoli High School Graduate. He was a member of Paoli First Baptist Church. He was a former Orange County Democrat County Chairman.

Mike was a US Air Force and National Guard Veteran.

He owned and operated Shakeburger in Paoli, Indiana. Mike enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at the Dillman-Scott funeral home, located at 226 W Campbell Street Paoli, IN 47454. Visitation will be from 3:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, December 21, 2021, and from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Paoli Community Cemetery.
