Mary Catherine McBride, 87, of Paoli, Indiana passed away Tuesday January 1, 2019 at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.   She was born on June 11, 1931 in Paoli, Indiana to Ada Owens Condra.  She married Irvin McBride Sr. and they were happily married for 69 years. They were blessed with three children during their marriage.

She preceded in death by her mother Ada, husband Irvin, one sister Dorothy, who passed away as an infant.

She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Paoli, Indiana.

“Granny” as she was called enjoyed baking, spending time with her family, and often could be seen people watching at the Paoli Walmart.

Travis Campbell, Catherine (Matt) Henderson, Toby (Hillary) Campbell and Sean (Mirjana) McBride.

7-Great-Grandchildren:

Caitlin (C.J.) Fleenor, Mikayla Campbell, Connor Henderson, Emma Campbell, Clara Henderson, Colton Henderson, and Emilija McBride.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home.  Graveside rites will be held at the Paoli Community Cemetery.  Visitation to be held Friday January 4, 2019 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, and from 10:00 A.M. until time of service on Saturday at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, Indiana.
