Mary Lee and her husband Jerry became entrepreneurs in 1972 when they opened Datacomp and remained in business until Jerry’s death in 1984.  She continued her entrepreneurial spirit in 1982, opening Magic Touch Day Care. She was a 50 year member of the Blazing Bright Chapter # 597 Order of the Eastern Star.  She also delved diligently into politics, running for office twice, serving as Democratic precinct committeeman for many years.  She also served as the co-chair of the Orange County Democratic party and served as the member of the election board.
