Mary Elizabeth (Fillingame) Durbin

Mary Elizabeth Fillingame Durbin,  90 years of age of Paoli, passed away Thursday, at 10:23AM  January 3, 2013 at Paoli Health & Living.  She was born June 26, 1922  in Purvis , MS to Mitchell R Fillingame and Gladys W Young Fillingham She married John Earl Durbin in 1942 and he preceded her in death September 2,1994.

She was a member of the Valeene Lions Club.  She loved camping and bowling.  Most of all she loved her family.  Mary was a homemaker.

Preceded in death by parents, son Robert Durbin, daughter Mary Prinve,  2 sisters Margaret Burgeg  and Martha Fillingame.

Survivors Include:

1 Daughter in law and her caregiver   Dixie Durbin                        Paoli, IN

1 brother                                          Jimmy Fillingame                Corydon, IN

5 grandchildren         numerous  great grandchildren     numerous great-great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 5, 2013  at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 W Campbell St, Paoli, IN. Pastor Rob Brown to officiate

Friends may Call 6-8 PM Friday and 9 AM until time of service at the funeral home. The Committal Service will be held at the funeral home.

Interment to be held later at the Paoli Community Cemetery.
