Mary Jane (Baer) Emmitt

Mary Jane (Baer) Emmitt, 84 years young of Mitchell, Indiana, formerly of Paoli, Indiana, passed away Friday, July 15th, 2016, at IU Health Bedford in Bedford, IN. She was born on January 1st, 1932 in Dubois, IN to Lawrence and Emily (Merchant) Baer. Mary Jane was preceded in death by her parents, (1) Daughter – Mary Lou (Wineinger) McPherson and several Brothers and Sisters. She attended the Orleans and Mitchell Churches of the Nazarene when she was able. Mary Jane worked at Cornwell’s in Paoli, Smith Cabinets in Salem and also at Wal-Mart in Paoli. She is survived by: (1) Son Steve Wineinger Summerville, South Carolina (1) Daughter Margie (Wineinger) Briner Mitchell, Indiana Several Brothers, Sisters, Nephews and Nieces also survive. (9) Grandchildren (3) Step-Grandchildren (3) Great-Grandchildren (2) Step-Great-Grandchildren FUNERAL CEREMONY The Funeral Ceremony will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 20th, 2016 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home with cremation to follow. VISITATION Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 20th, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell Street Paoli, IN.
