Lavon Jean Campbell, 57 of Paoli, passed away Wednesday January 27, 2016, at IU Health of Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, IN.  She was born March 6, 1958, in Louisville, KY to Norman Smith and Lillian Sarver Smith.  She was preceded in death by her father and one granddaughter Jade Johnson.  She married Donnie Wayne Campbell on March 5, 2006.

She was employed with the accounting Department at Walmart in Paoli.

She was a member of the Valeene Wesleyan Church.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday January 30, 2016 at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Manship officiating.  Interment will follow at the Paoli Community Cemetery, Paoli, IN.  Visitation to be held Friday January 29, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and from 9 AM until the time of service on Saturday at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home 226 West Campbell Street Paoli, IN.
