Kenneth L. Cook, 80 years of age of Paoli passed away Friday, October 07, 2011 at IU Health Paoli Hospital. He was born June 25, 1931 in Middletown, Indiana to Frank and Florence Cook. He was a member of the Old Union United Methodist Church, a fifty year member of the Masonic Lodge in Middletown, Indiana. Kenneth was a former employee of the Pennsylvania Railroad and retired as a retail store owner. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Julia Golish, brother, Lloyd and a sister Helen.
Survivors include his wife: Ruth Ellen Cook of Paoli
Son: Brad Cook of Anderson, Indiana
Daughter: Kari Cook of Columbus, Ohio
Step-Sons: Eddie Hudelson of Paoli
Jim Hudelson of Paoli
Step-Daughter: Carol Powell of Paoli
Nephew who he loved as a son Doug Cook of Lansing, Kansas
11 Grandchildren 17 Great Grandchildren
Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at the Wellman Funeral Home, 226 W. Campbell St. in Paoli with burial to follow in Old Union Cemetery. Reverend Nancy Waters and Jeff Hudelson will officiate.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM Tuesday and after 10 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home. Contributions can be made to the Old Union Cemetery Fund. Online condolences can be made at wellmanfh.com
