Dillman-Scott Funeral Home Kelli Rhea Atkinson Collier, 55, of Bedford, Indiana formerly of Paoli, Indiana, passed away, Thursday, February 2, 2017 at I U Health Bloomington Hospital, Bloomington, Indiana.  She was born June 4, 1961 in Paoli, Indiana to James and Judith Long Atkinson.  She was a retired US Army veteran, and formerly worked at Essex Corporation and Paoli Peaks. She was of the Baptist faith. Cremation was chosen.
