Julia 'Tookie" Jones

Julia E.”Tookie” Jones, passed away Saturday November 5, 2016, in Paoli, IN.  She was born December 28, 1934 in Paoli, IN to Felix and Pearl Hankins Longest. She Married Robert (Bobby) Jones on October 20, 1956 and he proceeded her in death April 22, 1993. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 4 Brothers Norman, Raymond, Chuck, Wendall, and Bobby Longest. Two sisters Nancy “Jo” Meyers and Claudetta “Sissy” Clark. Tookie was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, dancing & traveling anywhere that included shopping. Tookie will be missed by her children Kenna (whitney Henson) Jones of New Middletown, IN and Glen (Carol) Allen of Spring Hill, FL. 3 Sisters Louise Tuell Paoli, IN, Linda “Tommie” Godby Paoli, IN and Shirley “Susie” Palmer Dunlap, TN Two Grandsons Joshua (Dawn) Allen Newport Richie, FL and Glen T Allen (Christina) Spring Hill, FL 5 Great-Grandchildren Chelsea Alldredge, Glendon Allen, Le Elizondo, Taylor Griffin, Kali Allen, and Luke Allen.
