Johnny D Riley, 84, Greenwood, passed away August 3, 2013.  He was born May 20,1929 in Paoli to the late Charles and Hattie Crook Riley.  He married Etta Jane Price on October 26, 1952 in Paoli and she preceded him in death April 2, 2011.  He was employed over 30 years by the Indiana State Board of Accounts as an accounting supervisor.  He was a member of Paoli Masonic Lodge No 199 F&AM, Murat Shrine, and Evansville Valley of Scottish Rite.  He was a lifelong fan of Indiana University basketball.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Etta and brother James E. “Eddie” Riley.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 pm Monday, August 5 at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center.  The will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home in Paoli, IN.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of service the funeral home.  Burial will follow at the Paoli Community Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5635 W 96 ^th St, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278 or to the Northeast Boston Terrier Group, c/o Victoria Carter, 136 E 28 ^th St SR W, New York, NY 10016.
