Jason Scott Osborne

Jason Scott Osborne, 48, Paoli, IN passed away Friday, January 10, 2025 in Bloomington, IN.  Jason was born in Gibson City, Illinois March 9, 1976 to John Byrd and Vatona Osborne Pruett.  He married Stephanie Brown February 22, 1996 and she survives.

He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, sister Lynn Holt, and aunts and uncles.

Jason was an ordained minister and evangelist.  He attended New Life Community Church in West Baden, IN where he was very active.  He had previously worked at Cook Medical Group and also as a Chaplin at Jasper Memorial Hospital.

He enjoyed reading comic books, creature movies, wrestling, video games, and especially enjoyed playing his guitar.

The family requests casual attire be worn such as jeans and t shirts.  They also would like everyone to have their favorite memory of Jason to share during the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Orange County Cancer Patient Services, PO Box 5, Paoli, IN, 47454.

Cremation was chosen with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 W. Campbell St. Paoli, IN.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 PM.
