Margaret Jane Grider 72 years of age, of Paoli passed away Monday, September 5, 2011 at her residence. She was born December 31, 1938 in Paoli, Indiana to Bill and Alma Irene Kemple. Jane was President and CEO of Kemple Propane, a member of the Paoli Friends Meeting, a sincere Christian who also loved attending Southeast Christian Church in Louisville with her daughter and grandchildren. Jane was a well known artist and art teacher and was a member of the Air Force ROTC when she attended Butler University. In her life Jane enjoyed travel adventures with Beecher, her many animals and collecting antique treasures. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Beecher C. Grider and a grandson Peter Grider.

Daughter: Lucynda Grider Louisville, KY
Son: Mark Grider Paoli, Indiana
3 Grandchildren: Mirra MacLaren, Ryan MacLaren and Toby Grider
Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Paoli Friends Meeting with burial to follow in Paoli Community Cemetery. Pastor Dan Smetzer will officiate.
Visitation will be held 3 – 8 PM Wednesday at the Wellman Funeral Home 226 W. Campbell St. in Paoli and after 9 AM Thursday at the church. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation. Online condolences can be made at wellmanfh.com
