James Alfred Shelton, age 59 of Paoli, IN passed away on August 7, 2012 at Hosparus In-Patient Care Center, Louisville, KY. James was born in New Albany, IN January 21, 1953 to James Edward and Evelyn Louise Beemer Shelton.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother Marty Shelton, and 1 sister Cathy Louise Shelton.

He was an upholsterer at Simmons Furniture.

Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held September 1, 2012 from  1-3 PM. at  Dillman-Scott Funeral in Paoli .
