Jack D Scott

Jack D. Scott, 64 of Mitchell, passed away Tuesday April 5, 2016, at IU Health of Bloomington, IN.

He was born January 8, 1952, in Paoli, IN. to Wayne Scott and Lillie Mae Hollen Scott.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Danny Hollen and Larry Scott.  He was formerly married to Joy Welch.

He retired from Dana Corporation in Mitchell, IN.

He was a US Army Korean Veteran.

Mary Holoubek,  Wisconsin

Also surviving Jack D. Scott are six grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM, Sunday April 10, 2016 at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home with Pastor Donald Laird officiating.  Cremation to follow.  Visitation to be held Sunday April 10, 2016 from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home 226 West Campbell Street Paoli, IN.
