Dillman-Scott Funeral Home Helen L Bruner, 90 of Paoli, passed away Sunday October 23, 2016, at Paoli Health & Living.  She was born July 15, 1926, in Paoli, IN to William H. and Katie Atchley Phillips. She Married David E. Bruner on May 22, 1944 he preceded her in death December 23, 1995. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Siblings Harry Cottner, Rosalene Milligan and William F Phillips She had been employed at the Traveler Corporation, Paoli Drive In Theatre, also formerly owned the Nu Bar on the Paoli Square alongside her husband David "Dad" Bruner. She was a member of the Paoli United Methodist Church,Phi Beta Psi Sorority and Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter249. Survivors include: 3 daughters : Diane Dillard           Paoli, IN Denise Bruner         Paoli, IN Dee (Bert) Pedigo   French Lick, IN Grandchildren Davey Hammond, Paoli, IN and Zachary (Melissa) Pedigo Sellersburg, IN Six Great-Grandchilren and several nieces and nephews survive Helen Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday October 26, 2016 at the IOOF cemetery SE Main St Paoli, IN with Reverand Lamont L. Bonath officiating.
