Hazel Maxine Pittman

Dillman-Scott Funeral Home Hazel Maxine Pittman, 87, of Paoli, passed away Monday, July 13, 2015, at her residence surrounded by her family.  She was born June 17, 1928 in Hardinsburg, IN to Rayliss and Lillian House Fancher. She married James J. Pittman on November 20, 1948. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Pittman, 1 son David Joe Pittman, 1 brother John Riley Fancher, 2 sisters Pauline Sipes and Dorothy Osborne. She was a former employee of the Paoli High School Cafeteria and she worked hard all her life on the farm to make ends meet. She was a member of Syria Christian Church. Survivors include: 2 Sons: Daniel James Pittman and Joy New Harmony, IN Douglas John Pittman and Karen Paoli, IN 1 Daughter: Donna Jane Eubank and Randal                 Paoli, IN 1 Daughter-in-Law Annie Stalker Pittman Orleans, IN Also surviving Hazel Maxine Pittman are ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Friday July 17, 2015 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home. Officiating by Terry Kemp.
