Harold Stout, 88, of Paoli, IN passed away Friday, November 14th, 2014 at his residence in Paoli, IN. He was born on May 25th, 1926 to Owen and Martha (Bennett) Stout in Paoli, IN. He married Ruth Genevieve Horner on July 9th, 1944 and she preceded him in death on January 1st, 2013. He was the former owner and operator of Stout’s Printing and had also worked at Heidlberg Printing Equipment. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy during WWII, a licensed pilot and an avid vintage car enthusiast. Harold was a member of the Paoli Friends Meeting, Paoli Masonic Lodge #119 F&AM, Crawford County Community Band, sang with The Hartsman Men’s Chorus of Michigan City, the Veteran Motor Car Club of America and also sang with the Bloomingtones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and (1) Son Chuck.

A Masonic Service will be held Sunday night at 6:00 PM at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home.
The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 17th, 2014 at the Paoli Friends Meeting. Friends may call from 4:00 – 8:00 PM on Sunday at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home and Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the church.
Dan Smetzer and James Walters will officiate.
Burial will follow at Paoli Community Cemetery.
