Frances Murphy

Frances Jo Murphy Horikawa of Las Vegas, Nevada, died October 4, 2021, at the age of 73.  Frances Jo was born August 7, 1948, in Paoli, Indiana to Ellsworth Murphy and Mary Florence Moore Murphy.  She enjoyed cooking and baking, playing scrabble and Euchre, and gatherings with family, a little mischief and loud laughter.

Frances is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Horikawa.  She is survived by brothers and sisters, Janice Long, Larry Murphy, Lana Sprouse, and Dan Murphy, along with daughter Mary Jane Horikawa and son Joel Horikawa and two grandchildren, Katie Collins, and Orion Styles.

Frances Jo’s generous spirit, motherly comforts, home cooked meals and humor will be missed but not forgotten.  May she Rest In Peace.
