Danny L. Babcock

Danny L. Babcock, 68, passed away November 3, 2026, at IU Paoli Hospital. He was born on August 8, 1958, to William Edward and Doris Marshall Babcock in Salem, Indiana, and they preceded him in death.

He was also preceded by his Brother-In-Law: David Marshall, Sister- In-Law: Joyce Babcock, and Grandchild: Archer Davin Richardson

Danny was a member of Paoli High School Class of 1977.

Danny was a man of Christian faith, but more than anything, he was a man who found joy in the simple things in life and in the people he loved.

He loved spending time with his best friends, sharing laughs and memories, a good cup of coffee, and sitting back to enjoy his favorite TV shows.

One of the greatest joys in Danny’s life was his grandchildren and he loved spending time with them.

He worked at Steve Coleman Sawmill (Orleans, IN), Hillcrest Manufacturing (Paoli, IN), and Smith Cabinet (Salem, IN).

Visitation will be held Monday, November 9, 2026, from 3:00 - 6:00 PM at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home (226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, IN 47454).

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, November 9, 2026, also at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home.

Cremation to follow the funeral service with interment at Paoli Community Cemetery in Paoli, Indiana, at a later date.
