He married Joyce Ray on July 9, 1955

He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Edward “Dickie” Burnley William Allen Burnley, Sister Bessie Lattice Burnley, 1 Grandson: Shawn Michael Davis

He was a member of Hamilton Masonic Lodge #533 Fishers, IN.

He was a machinist in the Indianapolis area.

He enjoyed hunting & fishing.
