Bobbie Jean Grimes, age 82, of Paoli, IN passed away Sunday July 2, 2017, at her residence.  She was born July 4, 1934 in Letcher County KY.   To William Stacy and Pauline Combs Stacy.  She married Gerald “Jerome” Grimes on May 10, 1956.   She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gerald “Jerome” (May 14, 1999) and several brothers and sisters.

She was a former member of Eastern Star.

She formerly attended McDonalds Chapel Church.

She was a homemaker, and she used to work for Cornwell and Paoli Inc.

Also surviving Bobbie Jean Grimes are 7 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM Friday, July 7, 2017 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home with John Bye officiating.   Interment to follow at the McDonalds Chapel Cemetery, Paoli, IN.  Dillman-Scott Funeral Home 226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, IN. is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
