Betty Lou Thacker

Betty Lou Thacker, 66, Paoli, passed away at 2:30 A.M. March 12, 2014, at her residence.  She was born April 20, 1947 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Danny and Prudie Brackett.  She married Ronald Thacker in March, 1975. He preceded her in death on January 11, 2000. She retired from Smith Cabinet in Salem, Indiana. She was a member of the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Orleans. She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Thacker, her Parents, 3 Brothers, 2 Sisters, and 1 Son. Surviving are: 1 son:  Troy Brackett                      Orleans, IN 2 daughters:  Debbie Caudill        Paoli, IN Jennifer Thacker    Paoli, IN 2 brothers:     James Brackett,     Paintsville, KY Randall Brackett,   Ohio 1 sister            Anna Brackett,       Kentucky Also surviving Betty Lou Thacker 9 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 PM Friday, March 14, 2014 at The Dillman-Scott Funeral Home.  The funeral will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday at the Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Paoli Community Cemetery.
