Dillman-Scott Funeral Home Anita Lynn Wellman, 55 of Paoli, passed away Monday November 16, 2015, at her residence.   She was born September 29, 1960, in Paoli, IN to Richard K. Wellman and Martha Rose Wells.  She was preceded in death by her father Richard K. Wellman and one brother Nicky Fields. She retired from Master Brand Cabinets in Jasper, IN. Survivors include: Mother Martha Fields and stepfather Vernon Fields, Paoli, IN 1-Son: Adam DeCarlo,          English, IN 2-Sisters: Rhonda Curtsinger, Orleans, IN Kena Dearborn, English, IN 9-Brothers: Richard F. Wellman, Paoli, IN Bryan K Wellman, French Lick, IN Danny G. Fields, Paoli, IN Ricky Fields, Paoli, IN Danny Robbins, Paoli, IN Thomas Robbins, Paoli, IN Todd Robbins, Paoli, IN Richie Wellman, English, IN Toby Wellman, Paoli, IN Also surviving Anita Lynn Wellman, are four grandchildren.
