Amy Jo Apple Stevens, 51, of Orleans IN, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014 in French Lick, IN. She was born April 3, 1963 to James H Apple and Elizabeth Ann Williams Apple in Salem, IN. She was employed at Healthy Families of Paoli, IN. Surviving are: Parents:                James H Apple                                          Hardinsburg, IN Elizabeth Ann Apple                                Paoli, IN Son:                       Jesse Moore and Amanda                     Huntingburg, IN Brothers:              Scott Apple                                               Salem, IN Stacy Apple                                              New Palestine, IN Amy is also survived by two grandchildren, Xavier and Gracie Moore. Visitation will be from 3:00-6:00 PM with a memorial service at 6:00 PM at the Dillman Scott Funeral Home, 226 W Campbell Street, Paoli, IN.  James Babcock will be officiating. Cremation was chosen.
