Alice Reid

Alice M Reid, 91, French Lick, IN passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024. She was born in Paoli on February 14, 1933 to Amos Newlin and Emma Pittman.  She was previously married to Tom Reid and he preceded her death.

Alice attended the Paoli Church of the Nazarene and Paoli First Baptist Church.  She was employed by Traveler’s in Orleans and Riggles IGA, Paoli. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, husband Tom, brothers Roscoe Newlin, Richard “Dick” Newlin, Clyde Newlin, and sister Mary Jane Jones.

Three grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at Ames Chapel Cemetery, Paoli, IN.
