Gary Max Stout, 72, of Paoli, Indiana passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Paoli Health and Living in Paoli, Indiana. He was born on July 30, 1946 in Paoli, Indiana to Richard Stout and Ruth Qualkenbush Stout.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one son Dakota Stout.
He owned and operated Stouts General Store in Queen City and the Riverside Café in Paoli, Indiana.
He was a US Army Veteran and Vietnam Veteran.
He was a member of the Paoli VFW and attended the Moore’s Ridge Church.
He enjoyed horseback riding and playing golf.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday August 30, 2018 at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home with Greg Chestnut officiating. Interment will follow in the Moore’s Ridge Cemetery. Visitation to be held Thursday August 30, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell Street, Paoli, Indiana.
